Recipe: Etta's Quinoa
1 cup quinoa
1 1/4 cup water if steamed
2 cups of water if boiled
garlic powder & herb of choice – rosemary, basil
1 T. Not Chicken Broth or vegetable broth powder
1 T. Sunflower seeds
2 T. Pignolias - pine nuts
1 T. Braggs aminos
2 tsp. Flaxseed oil
1 Carrot grated
1/2 Zucchini grated
2 Scallions sliced
Garlic powder to taste or any other herb
Cook quinoa with herbs, fluff with fork, grate veggies
Add all ingredients while still warm. Chill & serve.
Try different herbs and veggies for your own taste.
