Recipe: Corn Slaw

4 ears corn, decobbed
1 cup cabbage, chopped or sliced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 scallions, sliced
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
Braggs Aminos to taste

Mix all together. Experiment with different flavors for variety.
Add a little olive oil for extra flavor and smooth consistency.
A little red wine vinegar is also good.
